ZODO only helps you in creating an online store and getting your business online by which you can sell your business items/products online and get discovered to local online customers - only when you USE IT PROPERLY (which means putting good quality, new products with relevant photos taken in proper lighting conditions). ZODO does not guarantee a specific amount of business for your online cart neither a specific position on any search engine. We only offer refund for an store deployment within 48 hours of store deployment. After 48 hours of store deployment no refund shall be entertained. Though our rock solid customer support will be available 24x7 till the subscription period of your online store.

In case you apply for a refund within 48 hours of store deployment your refund will be processed back to your account and it would take 4-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

It is worth mentioning that the refund will only be processed in accordance with fair usage policy and in case of breach of terms and conditions or fair usage policy there shall be no refund for the store deployment and any such stores may be subject to termination as per the scenario.

In case there is a ongoing online store and it is renewed, there shall be no refund for the same after renewal.

All the technology involved in the store deployment and functionality is exclusive property of ZODO. Apart from the user specific content (items, orders, queries, messages) rest all belongs to ZODO and cannot be claimed for by any store owner using a online store created on ZODO. We do not guarantee the quality or content or information on any of our online stores. Any dispute regarding a purchase, refund or issue related to a store order has to be discussed with store owner only and ZODO has no role to play in it.
